Governor Cuomo announced the commencement of indoor dining on September 30th. However, restaurants will have to follow certain safety guidelines. The restaurants may operate indoor dining at a 25% capacity additionally, “temperature checks, contact information for tracing, face coverings when not seated and other safety protocols required; bar service will not be permitted and no service after midnight”
There will be a reassessment on November 1st for a capacity increase if infection rate doesn’t increase.
